For some reason there is a lock on the FIBA rosters, you can't move or sign players on the roster or add created players to them, even though you can do it for the NBA teams. Weird licensing issue maybe? Need a dev to clear it up.

He's rated 81.

The only idea I had was put his name into the create-a-player and maybe it'd clone him but that didn't work. There was a game that used to do that but I don't remember what it was.
