There is just no way this is possible. i just got blown out by the CPU with the Kings ... they were using the Bobcats ... and this was on PRO.

Seriously - I can't imagine being remotely close to the Lakers with this team on Superstar - much less winning? This team plays slow, is unathletic and is devoid of any real star. to anyone who has got this achievement - how? Enquiring minds wanna know.....

I did it yesterday; first try at it, and won 55-36. I was up as much as 22 points.

Did it on 2min quarters .... after many tries. I'm wondering if Guru was using sliders because on default CPU Kobe gets some BS and Artest is good for timely fadeaway threes.

Got that achievement too, Martin hit a buzzer beating win after the Lakers went on a run to beat me and tie the game up. I screamed so loud the neighbors could hear me. I was too excited.

I played them mofo's 3 times before finally beating them. Besides the Lakers are my team, I knew their weakness and still took 3 tries.

Hahahahaahaaa... Yeah, all true. Kinda, said, huh? They stink so bad here, they're not even showing any of their preseason games on TV this year. (including the Lakers game tonight - booooo!)

Got it first time playing on 2 minutes. Such a fun achievement.

Slow down, play each possession like it's a game winner.

Scrap, fight and kick the whole way. No easy buckets.

Don't just rush down and jack up shots. Use the clock. Run plays or use offball movement. Playing a high tempo game is the quickest way to give the Lakers a big lead.

On the topic though, playing that matchup on Superstar made me better at the game. Francisco Garcia is a problem. Sean May is a beast on the boards as well.

Not to hijack the thread or anything, congrats to those who got this achievement by the way, you should try playing with the Nets.

Harris has game but not a consistent outside shot, Yi is useless, Lopez is sweet, but not clutch, and the bench is atrocious. played the Hawks in ATL and got ran out the gym by 31. Bibby damn near had a triple-double 37pts, 14 assists, 8 steals.

I am a masochist so I keep playing with them. I did manage to beat CLE in Cleveland by 3 with playoff atmosphere. That was a great game.
