Subsitution issue

Ok i play as the kings and want to use Tyreke Evans as my starting pg, but at the first dead ball chance beno udrih is always subbed in. I turned the auto sub to manual from the quick menu and it still happends. Offline i don't mind it, but online im having to constantly sub Tyreke back in and eventually i just get tired of it and leave Beno in. Am i doing something wrong?

Sub glitch, everytime you sub someone in the first dead ball they are gonna sub the starter back in. It doesn't matter if you put them in the lineup at the pre game subs menu they are still gonna get subbed out, gotta wait for the patch.

What you can do is put the player(s) that the cpu wants to sub in on the bottom of your roster pregame, meaning one of the bottom 3 slots. So take Udrih and sub put him in one of the bottom slots during the screen where you change your starting lineup.

I've been running with the Bobcats and the Bucks. What I do before the game starts is put Hakim Warrick and Luke Ridnour in the bottom slots. That way Joe Alexander and Brandon Jennings don't get subbed out. For whatever reason the CPU wants Hakim Warrick at SF.

For the Bucks I put start DJ Augustin and put Raymond Felton in one of the botth slots. I have no problems after doing that.

you do nothing wrong, since 2007 the subs in this game are awful.Im playing with the Kings & I had the exact same problem, i even tried to put Udrih last on the chart but it didnt work. But i found a way, you should chang Udrich to be SG and put only Evans on the Rotation as the lone PG. It Did work for me as the cpu didnt put Udrih till the last 3 min of the 1st q. and put evans in before the end of the same q.I play 10 min with the fouls sliders about 90 so i had lots of stoppage during the game.the min was Evans 26 , Udrih 14 (even though i put him as SG he enter as Evans Sub) Try it and if its not work ill send u the exact chart/rotation im playing with.

How do you edit someone to be a different position? is this only in dynasty mode?

its kind of sucks that we need to change players position to get the auto subs right.to edit a player you need to go to Team management , Create player and than youll see the edit player. (you can do it also in Dynasty mode)i used it while playing dynasty mode with only evans at the PG position at the rotation screen.Also i tried it on an Exabition game and its worked as well ( But Rodriguez is on my IR list, if Rodriguez will be dress he will enter instead of Evans after 2-3 whistle.)
