Live 10 is causing problems with me and my girl!!!

So, I have been trolling the boards looking for some people to play with, and I saw some folks and I'm like "cool I'm gonna join the live run and gets some games in" anyway, I get home from work and fire up the PS3 and that's when she wants some personal attention, if ya know what I mean.

Now don't get me wrong, I enjoy a roll around with my girl as much as the next guy would with his, but I was all ready to play when I got home, and was thinking about the last hour on the job. So I tell her "Baby just let me get a game or two in then I'll play with you." She reluctantly agreed and I thought I was ready to play.

I tried to play a CPU game to get warmed up and I couldn't get through the first quarter without her f@%$ing with me while I'm trying to play. She's saying ish like "I'm gonna have to find someone else to play with me" and other BS. Grabbing my stuff, and all-around making it impossible for me to concentrate on the game.

To make a long story short, I ended up quitting the game, and arguing with her for the next hour. I ain't letting that happen this weekend, I am going to get my games in!

Fellas, what is it about women that they can't stand to see us enjoy ourselves in something that has absolutely nothing to do with them? Is it a insecurity thing? Or What?

If any of you guys can relate, jump in and post your thoughts.

It's been my experience that women need a lot of maintenance. Of course it varies from person to person, but they need to be maintained or things can fall of the tracks quickly.

Also it is possible for them to be jealous of an inanimate object. They can be jealous of anything that takes time away from them. You don't know what's going through her head. She might think you don't find her attractive or interesting any more and that's why you're playing video games.

LOL Word. Man just take care of business and the next thing you know you will be getting sandwiches brought to you while you play. She may even start rooting for you while you play.

Simple.
Invite her to play against you in a live run.

If she at some point dunks on you or grabs 10 Rodmans, you agree to join her in the violent pantomime all night long.

Yes you are..Shold've put the game on pause. Go head and knock her down, put her to sleep. then you got the game all to yourself. Atleast that's what I do.

Point taken, her first, then the game. I guess a lot of had to do with my mindset that particular day. I was determined to start playing when i got home, and she had other ideas. As far as her bringing sandwiches, I like her a lot better when she's not in the kitchen, this woman can burn water.

Honestly, I wouldnt want my girl watching me playing. It just feels weird. Like maybe if she just passed through and watched for a min or so. But to sit down and watch me play is a little weird.

On another note, post a picture of your girl and let the community decide what you should do. lol

MrMars, I got the same issue bro. My old lady is always buggin me about playing the game too much and not spending enough time with her, but I can't help it, its just more fun!

Dont get me wrong, she is a great girl, registered nurse, in school to get another degree and higher paying nurse gig, smart, and looks good. But video games is where its at haha!

I'm getting better though, today we are actually going to the movies and out to dinner, and tomorrow Im taking here to my buddy's birthday party so I'm doing better, but I've still got a long ways to go lol!
