Dynamic DNA Help

Hi guys. I just brought NBA Live 10 and it's asking me for a Dynamic DNA code. I've looked all through the manual and can't find this code. Could somebody please tell me where to find or did i just not get one.

Look on the side of the game case and look for something with a pic of Dwight on it... look on the back for a long code

it should be where the game manual is...it's a seperate sheet of paper. There is a pic of dwight...on the back, there is a code. Did you buy your game new?

Yep. All i got was just the manual. I'm going to take it back.
