Need the help of a developer (Online Play)

I have a major issue with the game that is really holding me back from playing online. Aside from the common crap like subs, no fouls, etc...my games keep randomly disconnecting. It'll give me a message saying i am no longer connected to the EA servers, yet i will still be logged into xbox live

My record is like 25-24 and then i have like a 59 percent DNF rating. In all honesty, i've probably lost 6 or 7 games at the most...but my record says otherwise. Not only am i getting losses for games i am normally winning, but it's piling up to my DNF and making finding a game harder by the day.

Please advise me what to do, or if its even possible to get my slate wiped clean. It's damn frustrating to play almost a whole game and have a decent sized lead and then have the game disconnect on me

I to get this problem. Granted I play more "Play a friend" mode. So my ranking or win/loss does not get messed up. But it is the simple fact of disconnects that are annoying.

Have you guys all forwarded ports, etc. to get your NAT open? Go to http://www.portforward.com and look at the Xbox 360 Live instructions for your model of router... it'll show you how to get into your router and forward ports for XBL, set a static IP address for your console, etc. Doing all that stuff will solve most of your connection problems in my experience... this goes for 2K's Team-Up issues as well... one person who doesn't do this will sink the whole game it seems.

Don't know if PS3 has a similar thing to NAT, but check out the PS3 online documentation on PortForward for your router model and it would tell you what you need to do.
