Will Dynamic season keep track of minutes per game each player plays!!

for instance....if on real life, tonight...let's say Kevin Garnet plays 39 minutes

then when i play my game tomorrow on NBA LIVE 10, and I play as the Cavs, will KG only play 39 minutes??

      just asking!

Just played the Clips-Lakers game( Lakers 134-113 12 min Pro), worked as planned. I am a little disappointed we don't get any acknowledgement of it being opening night

Are the generic appearance, all SF rookies gone now in favor of the real positions and appearances yet? If not, I'm waiting for that.

I just played the washington/dallas game and i didn't notice anything special about the commentary. Don't get me wrong, I will continue through Dynamic Season, but I thought there would have been some mention about being opening night, or something, like someone else mentioned earlier. Is this supposed to come into play?

My question is why aren't the roster correct? Why is Yao and Mcgrady on the Rockets roster? Am i doing something wrong?

Please don't. It seems like a cool idea, but while I like the fact that I'll know LeBron's ratings may allow him to score 40 points, I wouldn't like to know that his performance was scripted by the minutes he played.

Maybe I'm not giving you enough credit, though. I'm sure you'll come up with an intelligent way to do what was suggested. But, I can see problems where Kevin Garnett is subbed out late in the 4th quarter because he already reached his assigned minutes for the night.

And that those who receive and act out the gift of athletic genius must, perforce, be blind and dumb about it -- and not because blindness and dumbness are the price of the gift, but because they are its essence." - David Foster Wallace

Re: The Dynamic Season Thread: Dyn-O-Mite!

Once a team plays their first game their rosters should be updated.

I've got one question. What happens to the players' DNA who didn't play during the game. Will they be all 50's, all 0's or stay the same as before the update?

I like that minutes idea. It'll be just like in 2k where you can set the players' minutes and that way the scrubs who didn't play during the game, won't be subbed in.

I'm sure there is an intelligent way of implementing it so that the starters will be subbed in if the game is close or on the bench if the game is a blowout.

I might be wrong about this but I dont think Dynamic season starts until tomorrow. the games that are tonight u will get to play with those dynamic tendencies tomorrow, or that was my understanding. So maybe they will talk about opening night.

I don't think the roster's are updated until the day after the game is played.

I plan on hanging an L on the Lakers on their ring night.

                              You can bank on that..

                                Really looking forwardo to this.

Watching the two games today...NBA Live really nailed the half court game of NBA basketball. Great job.

This dynamic season feature could be revolutionary...really looking forward to it
