    Just got done trying to play an online ranked match for the 1st time since I bought this game.......and PEOPLE STILL USE STEP BACK THREE GLITCH. Mo Will just wet me up 14-21 from 3. Sad thing is I quit 3rd quarter just couldn't take it anymore lmao. Forget the DNF%. I tried switching up the matchups kobe, artest, odom, and bynum. We were jumping, lunging, screaming, basically punching Mo will mid air on his jumper and it was 3 after 3 lol. Guess its back to playing friends in unranked matches on Superstar. SMH C'mon EA. Just warning fellow OS'ers who would like to get some ranked games in.

      Gameplay is more better compared to the prepatch & I love it!

      - Player Lock fixed. AI teammates will now make decisions on their own when user is player locked offball.

      The CPU will do nothing, he just keeps on dribbling the ball.

      - Various post play fixes, including the case where two guys would stand next to each other while one of them was posting up.

      - AI Stagnation fixes: Ball handler would sometimes not properly pass to receivers in a play. Also, we allow the ball handler to “improvise” if we detect he’s been idling for too long.

      - Fixed issue where players would sometimes “freeze” in an offball post battle before receiving a pass.


      GAMEPLAY ENHANCEMENTS:

      - Disabled the turnaround jumpshot that would play if the shooter is facing away from the hoop when outside of 18 feet. So instead of a turnaround three, players will pivot and shoot a regular jumpshot.

      Still the CPU does the 3pt turnaround jumpshot.

      ONLINE

      -Fatigue is still disabled in Ranked Online Matches

      -AI double teaming (while pressing & holding the circle (PS3)) inconsistency

      Sometimes when two defenders double team the on ball player, when they are already right in front of the on ball player they just stare at the on ball player & do nothing, they
      are not raising their hands up.

      -Passing problem

        is the wolves coaching situation fixed? Is Rambis on the sidelines?? Also, if I'm already in Dynasty mode, will I notice the improved gameplay with the new patch or do I need to start a new Dynasty under the new Patch??

          Who are you trying to pass to in this situation? Either guy on the weak side is in no position to receive a skip pass. You shouldn't be attempting that pass regardless.

                  I totally agree...the game is MUCH better IMO.

                  I've played three games so far and :

                  - The game is sooooooo much "tighter". I feel like I am in control at last.
                  - Sliding is much better...defensive sliding on the PS3 was terrible out of the box.
                  -I can go into the paint without the ridiculous turn overs.
                  -Rebounds are much crisper.
                  -Fouls are much better.
                  -CPU movement is really nice (this may just be the latest DNA Rosters)

                  Big improvement.

                  I feel like I've gone from the DEMO...to buying the BETA...and now I have the actual game. Early November, but better late than never. Nice.

                  Only negative so far = freezing. I've had the game completely lock up twice already. I am glad we know they are going to fix that, as it would be a big thing otherwise obviously.

                      Garnett & Pierce led scoring for Boston with 25 each, Wallace had 13 rebounds and 4 blocks, Rondo had 7 assists.

                      Chandler & Hughes had 15 each, Harrington had 7 rebounds and Duhon had 10 assists.

                      Quick thoughts: The game plays better, period. The post game and rebounding seem more responsive, the Knicks take shots early in the clock as they should, and the cpu players on both teams seem to hustle more after loose balls in the paint (for the first time I can remember, one of my cpu teammates recovered a ball after I entered the "stumble and lose the dribble" animation). Overall, it seems less herky-jerky and the animation flows better, much like after the edits left4dead and playmakers suggested. And, as you can see, if you attack the basket you get the calls!

                      The biggest issue I saw was with the rotations, both for the player with auto-subs and the cpu. It seemed to me that Wallace was getting more playing time than he did pre-patch; when I looked after the game he had 30 minutes v. Perkins' 13. I can't empirically say that it wasn't the case before, but in my mind it was closer to even between the two. For the Knicks, Gallinari got 13 minutes and Harrington 25; Darko got 15, Hill got 12 and "Landy" got 13. I'm guessing this is roster not gameplay related, but it would be nice to see the playing time somewhat close to reality.

                      Also, it doesn't look like anything was done about the wonky hair geometry that plagues some of the white players on the PS3; wasn't listed as a fix, but hopefully either the second patch or a roster update can correct the problem.

                        Side note: Just so that we get this out of the road...ALL of the 360 bugs and glitches ARE in the PS3 version.

                        Freezing...O/T...all of them.

                        I've had that confirmed directly from the EA team.

                        So...there's no point anyone going on about them here. They are all there.

                        And they will be patched.

                        So, there's no need for anyone to get too angry or stressed now as we know they are fixing it.

                          Yup, the demo<beta><retail comparison="" is="" a="" good="" one.="" the="" game="" feels="" complete="" now.="">>beta>retail is a good comparison. The game finally feels complete outside of the things being addressed in Patch 2.

                          My only real complaints gameplay-wise right now vs the CPU are players stepping out of bounds a little too often CPU taking a few too many quick shots. I'll be very happy with this game once the OT glitch is fixed.</retail></beta>

                            When goaltending is called....no points are awarded on the scoreboard but the game has really counted for it ??

                            For example.....I'm playing online I'm losing 52-50...the game ends....on one of my scored baskets goaltending was called.....so really the game is 52-52, eventhough the scoreboard says 52-50 and the game will go to OT ???

                            Does that make sense ???



                            Or if the the exact same scenario took place but the score was 52-52....the game wouldn't go to OT, i would get the win ???

                                Meh, I've played 20+ 12 min games and seen 2 glitches. This is pre-patch.

                                Live 10 is the best bball game out there and ANY improvements overall just add icing to the cake.
