I'm still on All-Star with all default settings. Most games are close, but I wind up losing more than I win, which is OK.
Only thing I notice post-patch is my shooting percentages are lower. For some reason, the shot releases for some guys seem off, post-patch. I really struggled with Boston for 3 quarters trying to figure out how to score with Ray Allen, KG and 'Sheed.
Post patch you'll see you won't have that issue, ehh. The game is much "looser" post patch.
Glad to hear that, as of now I like what I see from the CPU's offense on All-Star but their D on Pro. Hopefully the patch lets me move back to All-Star without the pre-patch headaches from the CPU D (and the refs).
