2 No Overtime (GAMEKILLER)
3 Goal tending call that do not give you your points
4 Loose Balls that clearly go off of you or the other team and the call goes the other way every time
5 Only way to get a good fast break is if your standing at half court by yourself
6 Adidas Live run
7 Contested shots are either fouls or All Net
8 And my personal favorite the dribble off your leg and you get rewarded with the ball
9 Steve Kerr still using commentary from 08


Other than that the game isn't that bad lol Hopefully NCAA Basketball doesn't let me down

Yeh, I can't play the game any longer. The game is so pretty to look at then I play and turn it off. Players really have no identity, all players do the same dunks and moves, I love how the game looks but then I play and I'm sickened, I am not a fan of either game, honestly if it wasn't for NHL 10 and MLB 09 THE Show I probably wouldnt be playing sports games nemore.

I think i have all the sports games that were released this past year but out of them all I think MLB The Show and NHL 10 are the two games that stand out as the most impressive sports titles this year IMO.

I have a love/hate relationship with Live 10. One minute i just want to stop playing and the next minute i'm spending 4-5 hours on the weekends editing stuff for gameplay purposes.

Live 10 reminds of Harold Minor.....you see some sick stuff one qtr and the next qtr you just want to plant his azzz on the bench and play someone else.

I'm still going strong and looking forward to the second patch. Still trying to decide on what difficulty to use since I beat the Cavs last night using the Knicks in DS on Pro with some small tweaks. LBJ had 44/9/6 against me but Gallinari had 42. I've become a master of getting him open and getting him good looks from beyond the arch. The CPU has started doubling Rooster the last two games. I think that's a sign I may need to go back to All-Star. And believe it or not I shot 28 FTs and the Cavs shot 31, amazing.

Any time I put Live down to go play any 2K game (2K10, 2K8, CH2K8) I really, really miss the spacing, defensive rotations, closeouts, momentum, player control (inc OBC), dribbling moves and step back/step in/fade away (all the ones w. the dope footwork) jumpers from Live.

Blocks and rebounding are way better post patch, the CPU is way more aggressive too. I don't have too many problems with this game right now outside of the daily DNA updates being a bit wacked from time to time leading to the CPU doing some odd things. Besides that I'm good.

same here....im tired of playing against the cavs/magic online and offline i feel 2k plays a better game and the my player mode is addicting.

But just like DaTwolves21 im playing NHL 10 right now. That is by far one of the most addicting games i've played online and very fun.

Well, I played this game some more last night, and I think the big one that bothers me is, like some of you have already mentioned, the commentary. Other things like injuries bother me too.

Who knows, maybe commentary will be revamped next year along with Dynasty.

Yep, same goes for me. It's one of my favorite sports games released this year.

the game has issues but after the year i have had with ncaa, then madden and fifa which are all gone now, live is the only sports game i will play this year....

it depends on what you can overlook with live, i'm not a big post guy and there is enough transition and up tempo games to keep me hooked.......

if you know how to fix it to your personal preference this game is fun, i recently had martin from SAC drop 35, redd dropped 32, boozer and williams dropped 25+ and jesus aka LBJ 49 10 5.

i love when starts dominate in the offense nothing forced they challenged me alot thats all i have wanted for years.....

i'll leave the nitpicking to the usuals

Some people were turned off by post patch play, DNA, DS, glitches....etc.. Different things turn different people off...Alot of people can look past this stuff and enjoy the wheels off of NBA Live 10...some cant, theres nothing wrong with that either way...

Yeah, I loved the game pre-patch. IMO the game's control and spacing have been hurt post-patch. The DNA/Dynamic Season problems have also been a bother since the Dynasty mode has issues. Like Playmakers I have been digging NHL 10 and I also like Fifa 10.

Dunno if certain DNA updates are wacked or what but every now and then I'll turn Live on and be like "where the hell did that game that I enjoy disappear to?"

Ya, and I wish I could have spent $20 on it like I did 2K to make me not regret the purchase.

But I did only spend $45 so It's not THAT bad. I play it sporadically now even though I'm a NBA junky, there's no NBA SIM this year that's worth it.

So sad..

I agree totally. I've been jumping back and forth between both games, and considering that I only paid $45 for this game, I think that I've got my money's worth. If I paid retail, I don't think I'd feel the same way IMO.

I honestly think that the patch destroyed the shooting. Every game im shooting at least 5 different releases with every player on the team. Its not at 2k level, but its annoying.
