NO dna code in a new PS3 copy?

I'm disappointed...Trying to get a ps3 version out and no code is in the unopened box

That sucks. That's why I always open the game before I leave the parking lot. I'm like a little kid when it comes to new games also. But, that right there is another reason why I do that. Call the store up and act like you're pissed off. Remember the customer is always right.

it's probably not included with the game anymore which would explain why it's for sale on PSN and XBL

Not the case. I bought and brand new one today for the ps3 and it had the code. They sold it last year on psn and xbl for people that bought the game used.

I bought a used copy of 09 last year for the 360 and the code worked, and could it be the retailer you went to still had some of the first boxes from the day the game dropped? Just doesn't make sense that ppl are all of a sudden gettin the game w/ no codes. It's not just one person either i've seen several threads about this same issue

I could really use that code if you haven't given it away. Bought the game used and haven't been able to buy the update. credit card issues.
