I deleted the old patch, made a EU account, and downloaded the new patch. When i went back to my US account, i played without downloading the old patch.

Log out of your current profile, make a new one like normal but, when it asks for your country or whatever just put it to UK. I have to use another email address because ps3 will recognize the email from you original profile. Pretty easy though. I just did one to get the GT5 demo the other day.

so did it fix some stuff i see people complaining about ? like you can post ty lawson on shaq and back him down... and the 3pt glitch??
