How come players resign themselves in dynasty???

i think this has been asked already, but i can't find the thread, so how come players with 1 year left contract would resign themselves, i dont want to resign with any of them so i can sign lebron with sixers...help!

have to manually release players from your roster whose contracts expired, otherwise they'll resign automatically.

I'm changing this for 11... you need the option to 'not' auto-resign players if you are hunting for a FA.
