How do you set your sliders to an exact number when it seems that the slider jumps?

1. You can't set sliders to a number. Trying to do it with a 360 dpad is a nightmare. One of the stupidest design choices I've seen in a sports game in recent memory.
2. You need to enter the jersey codes. Just google them. I'm not sure if they have all been released yet.

As far as the codes, I thought I was missing something. Live has very little alts, unlike 2k.
