2nd Half Timeout Problems

For the second time now while playing my Dynasty I've had a strange glitch. If I play back-to-back games and there is a time-out called in the second half of the game, whether I call the timeout, or the computer, it goes to a shot of the head coach of the team that called the timeout, and shows him from the waist down taking steps back and forth on the sideline instead of going back to the game. Game is NOT froze. I can still hear music, pause buttons and menus still work, and I can hit the XBox buton and go back to the dashboard, but the game will not resume. Anyone else having this problem, and if so does anyone know what is causing it and how to fix it? I really don't want to have to play my franchise and have to exit back to the dashboard after every game.

This glitch/bug has been in the game for 3 years now. I never narrowed it down to back to back games like you did but that sounds like it could be right. It's less frequent than last year though thank goodness.
