Controlling multiple dynasty teams? Editing Shotting Ability?

These are the two questions I have after months of playing.

Can my roommates and I control multiple teams and play in the same dynasty? By the looks of it, I'm guessing no. In fact, the dynasty menu seems to be a complete disaster honestly.

Editing players...there is a free throw ability rating...no outside shooting or shooting ability rating? Am I missing something? This seems ridiculous.

you can have a 2nd player control the opposing team you are playing against or they can play on your team so you both vs the cpu.

1. Nope. Hope they change for next year.

2. I don't think so. I don't do too much with sliders but I think on shooting it's only tendencies and not ability.

I actually went in to the create a player, and found you can edit players in the game already, like DNA and tendencies and such....and there looked to be some outside shooting ability sliders that could be edited. Quite a hassle though.
