What should i do with Luel Deng?

Ok so here is the thing. Im doin a dynasty with the bulls and im playing in my first year. I want to know if Luel Deng produces into a star or should i trade him for C. mobille (7million dollar EC) and and that D. Galinari (obviously i spelt his name wrong) a 3 million dollar contract next year. I would be getting rid of Deng's 10 million dollar contract and getting cap relief for free agency. So my ? Is should i trade him or does he have the potential to be a star player to pair with rose to build a legacy.

so i made the trade for gali and mobille. Your absolutely right he is mini dirk. Plus the trade cuts 7 million dollar off next years budget

if you could add another,"BIG PIECE," then he could be an excellent role player i just dont see him as the star of a team.
