Nba live unpatched vs patched

I wanted to get the patch but turns out there is a lot negative feedback on it and some even say it makes the gameplay worse. The only reason I wanted it is because some star players are not aggressive enough. What should I do guys?

They way players shuffle foward to recieve a pass (implemented to help obsolve the teammate standing out of bounds issue) really screwed the spacing in this game, at least for me.

It was especially frustrating when playing against zones online.

I hardly notice the myself. The patch didn't really do much anyway and IMO certainly DID NOT hurt the game.

That was done by not being able to use injured players for stand alone, online games.

Not really sure why you feel the patch didn't hurt the game. I mean it didn't ruin the game, but it didn't make it any better either. It gave, and took away from different aspects. Maybe you didn't own the game pre patch? I dunno. In any event, I was having alot of fun with the game pre patch, although there were several things the patch HAD to address. Having said that, the patch made some changes that seemed to make the game less fun, in my opinion. Here is a link to a "post patch impressions thread". I'd take a look through those pages to see what changes were made and why most people seemed to lose interest after the patch.

I completely unpatched my game last night, and I do like the flow of the game better.

Reset everything and do the rosters over yourself, it'll be 10x better than the last patch.

that's funny you say this. I got turned off from this game, but was just messing around with the demo today which is pre patch I would imagine and am having a blast. Could this be why? I almost want to pick this game up again. The game just seems to flow so much better than i remember when I traded it in.

I would imagine hidden ratings also have something to do with it as well as the rosters. Something definitely went south as the game went on.
