Multiple models for certain players...

i'm not sure if the ship has already sailed or not on the artwork in this game, but is there any chance of guys like artest, jennings, dirk, nash, etc who frequently change their hair getting extra models put on the disc (ie. a jennings with twists, one with braids, one with the gumby, etc)? if necessary, maybe it gets unlocked in a roster update and the old model disappears. not a big deal overall, but it'd probably help cut back on some complaints

I remember when 2k use to do that with AI braids they had 2 different styles, n also ben wallace.

Live did it with Wallace also. It was a nice touch.

Yup In 2K5 I remember Wallace randomly switched between the two.

I remember back in the day Live had it for Dennis Rodman. Can't remember which year though.

I think it would be called a faux hawk, my fav Jennings hairdo btw, but The Gumby definitely works to describe it as well.

Agreed. I think it's a great idea. I always pictured it being available to edit in the height/weight screen (haircut 1, haircut 2, haircut 3). There's enough guys in the league who've frequently switched things up that I think it'd be a more than positive addition. Plus, it'd be a sort of failsafe for those times when games ship out with players featuring a specific haircut that the real life player alters on opening night (Iverson chopping the 'rows, then reverting to 'rows only after having the non-rows programmed in).

Live 99 had that with Rodman, he changed his hair colour every game

Yep like a user posted above. In Live 99. Rodman had like 10 different hairstyles which were selected randomly. That was awesome!
