I Certainly attended and man did i have fun. all weekend to play elite. i even made it to the finals of the competition. but fell short due to a minor event and cheeser in my opinion. had the torny be friday i would have easily won see how the developers would have maybe said something about my opponents tactics.

But shoot away. i love elite and man am i good. I'll answer whatever i can.

Any frame rate issues you notice?

I play the PS3 demo. There are frame rate chops when balls go out of bounds and the angel gets lowered throwing the ball back in. (baseline high camera).

Baseline low camera has even more choppy frame rates, especially during turnover-camera-spins.

Is this on the version you play?

(actually, I'm not even sure if the 360 demo has these issues... but um, please answer however you can)

Cheeser? You sure he was cheesing and that you're not just a little bitter because you lost? That's not to offend you man. I just want to make sure you're looking at it objectively.

What teams did you play? What platform? How did it look. Is there anything of note in the final version that was not in demo? Whatever you can answer would be cool.

well before anything i would like to state that it was not the final build. the reason i say this is because it has been noted that the half court Christ glitch is not in the final and it happened once.

Though the version i played was beautiful. the was no noticeable slowdown that would hamper the experience in anyway. all screens used were on a samsung LED. The game looked so good i went back sunday to get the settings used on the tv's.

and no the turnover switch was not bad at all. just gotta remember on a steal you must move your stick the opposite way once the camera changes. there was ps3 there also and it look just as good as the 360 imo. and to let you know they had the demo on the ps3 and the other build and it looks better than the demo. also i dont know if it was me but the arena lighting looks different depending on where you play for some reason and its cool. provides variety.

not at all bitter. the guy said he did what he did because i was the best there. the game was on superstar and he let the AI play defense for him the entire game. i did not. and when he was up 2 with 13 seconds i had the ball. when i inbounded it to wade a illegal screen was called but i called for no screen. thats why i felt cheated. the workers at the event lobbied for a restart but their boss said no.

it was on the xbox 360, and man does it look good. as i stated in my previous post it was not the final build but it was a sight to see on the LED tv's they had. i dont know if this was announce but while going through the menus i notice that elite will use online pass like madden this year.

I want to be the first to say this. if you can play defense like i can you will love the d in elite. man is it satisfying to sidestep for the steal against a dribble head.

on superstar the AI is beast. taking me to the hole and on d they will lock you down unless you get the other player off balance.

i seen a couple of dunk-ons and the were much better than the previous vids shown by the developers. and when you dunk and the fall there is little to no sliding when they land on the ground. it looks believable.

and it was heat versus la. and dont think the heat will just be a powerhouse in this game they can be beat. i lost didnt i.

How was the crowd or was there a crowd at all, just weird that so far you are the only on this forum to have reported going, would have though there were more NY people on this forum that would have went but anyway how were people responding to the game in general.

there were many people there. and some who came in to see what it was and ended up staying hours. there were many who came the next day after day one had them hooked.
