What updates can we expect to Live 10?

Obviously they mentioned a new roster set and dna changes, but the game has a lot of flaws remaining...will they be fixed via a patch too? Namely the ridiculous shooting ratings online?

i dont think we are getting a patch, which means i am done with live 10.

the cpu post game is too annoying to continue to play this game.

I put in LIVE 09 mid last season and it also updated rosters / DNA etc throughout the following season. The same as LIVE 10 will.

It's only a roster update + DNA.

There's no gameplay fixes obviously. You can't expect that anyway as the LIVE 10 dev team is gone and the engine has been abolished.

Personally, there's no way I am going back to LIVE 10 with no CPU fastbreaks + no D in the post + all teams playing the same pace.

Yesterday I was up 10 in the 4th quarter against the Blazers, and they LITERALLY drew 5 fouls (all from standing positions, not even drives lol) on me in a row to come back. It was incredible.

NO WAY im going back to that, Ill wait for the new release, unless they pull something **** and release a patch...

The only reason I stopped playing Live 10 is because I have absolutely no idea how to stop the CPU from drawing cheap fouls. I'll be standing outside of the paint, completely motionless, and even then the ball handler will jump on top of the player I'm controlling and somehow draw a foul. If I knew how to prevent that, I'd still be playing the game, because otherwise it can be enjoyable.

I doubt they will, but it'll be interesting to see if they'll update the player models for some guys like Bosh (no more braids) or some of the generic models. Won't happen but one can wish.

Is there a way to get the updated rosters and then delete the DNA and patches? I wouldn't mind playing pre-patch Live 10 with updated rosters.

I wish they give us a quality update. The game is going to update DNA regardless like last year.but if they give us the roster with real faces for the rookies.Dynamic season update would truly be outstanding,new jerseys would be cool.EA give us more then what we are expecting even if its free.This would go along way in showing that you do care about us hoops fans.

This is very true, could be looked at as a way to start over with their customers. I'm not sure what exactly what is impossible to put in via patch, but a gameplay patch is surely needed
