NBA Live 10 for PS3

2 Questions:

Are the rosters current now? I'm not a huge NBA fan so as long as they are mostly up to date it's fine. I really just care about Carmelo & Billups being on the Knicks.

Also how is the online for PS3? Is it even possible to find a ranked game at this point or is no one really playing it all?
