if you look on the EA site, they have a video for defense--they just didn't release it yet. I was thinking the same thing till I saw that it was there, but EA just doesn't wanna let all it's cats out of the bag.

if you look on the EA site, they have a video for defense--they just didn't release it yet. I was thinking the same thing till I saw that it was there, but EA just doesn't wanna let all it's cats out of the bag.

The videos were crazy. Thanks a mil Steve!!!

This game (from what I've seen so far) is going to be the best basketball title that's been made IMO.

The dribble moves were all realistic. I didn't see anything that was too over the top or "arcadey".

The Centers had their own dribble/post up moves (Shaq's drop-step to the hoop is exactly how he does it in real life-- two hand bounce then take it up strong). All of the pivot moves are so realistic and fluid. And when Tony Parker did a hesitation dribble then blew by his man for the jumper. Jay Williams' quick crossover on the break.

Tony Parker's one-handed teardrop.

The alternate uniforms (did anyone see the Orange Phoenix Suns uniforms???). Wow. The Blue Laker's jersey.

The off-the ball movement. Spinning in the lane and setting screens.

This game is absolutely sick!

No offense, but I didn't really like what I saw. Not the freestyle controls and the new things that they showed on the video, but the animations and graphics IMO are lacking... and again IMO NBA 2K for Dreamcast looked better graphically.

Otherwise, that stuff looked really good.
