    I Guess we Can't do Transactions until the Season starts

    I tonly allows 15 players per team and most NBA teams have at least 18 right now

                              It's like that in the nba. During training camp/preseason they have a lot of people on their rosters, but there is a deadline where they need to cut players or so, to get at most 15 players, and 3 of them are usually on injured reserve unless activated during the actual season games.
