Dynasty Bug only on PS2?

Could someone please verify if the Dynasty free agent bug is just on the PS2?

What do you mean? What is the bug. I have the PS2 version but haven't started a Franchise yet.

I think it's when your playing a Franchise and after a year, A alot of teams do not sign their main players again, so at the end of the year big players are in the FA pool like IVerson and KG and them.

I read something about being able to sign basiclly anyone for league minimum and create a SUPER team

If you're a cheeser, then yeah it might be an option. But, why would you want to do that? Where's the fun. And, I haven't started a franchise, so I honestly couldn't tell you.
