By default, the fatigue slider is set at 0% and none of your players get tired.
I bumped it up to 50% and seem to be doing alright.

I noticed that no one gets tired either. The CPU only makes subs if someone has 2 early fouls or at the end of the game if they're up big.
I'll adjust to your settings tomorrow.
This probably should be moved to the Sliders thread.
