Im not sure how you call for a pick, but you can set a pick by pressing the L trigger and L analog.
It seems that players set picks in certain situations when you are the ball-handler, but i dont know if it's possible to call for one. -

use the left control pad to call plays. One of the directions is a pick. It's a pick and the screener rolls automatically afterward. For the auto-picks, I see them pop most of the time, but poor shooters still roll (I think).
The pick is awesome for creating mismtaches, as the D aggressively switches off of them.Comment
