    Questions from a LIVE newbie:

I haven't owned LIVE since the PS1 sady...picked up the game last night and I have a few questions:

    1) How do you call for a pick on Offense?
    2) How do you call for a Double Team on Defense.
    3) Can I assign a defender to a certain player....for Instance - If my SF is my best defender - can I assign him to cover the other teams best scorer - even if he's not a SF?

    Please help.

Re: Questions from a LIVE newbie:

Use your D-Pad to call for a pick on Offense, also use your D-Pad to call for a double-team on Defense, or you can just move someone to the ball who is not actually guarding the ball and you will execute a trap that will force the ball carrier to pick it up.

Also, if you pause the game and select strategy or playbook or something like that, you can choose to always double certain players, change the matchups to have different defenders guard different players, etc... I haven't mucked around with that too much yet, I run zones mostly on defense and am loving it (also via the d-pad FYI).

You call for picks and double teams with your D-PAD.
Use the D-Pad, it lets you run picks and rolls and stuff.
You can set which ones you want in the playbook.

There is a "Defensive Matchups" option in one of the in-game options.
Check that out, it might allow you to do that.
