    Why

Why does EA make games on PS2 and port the crap to Xbox? Do you guys know how good EA games would be if they made them for Xbox and dumbed them down to PS2? these graphics are waaaay below Xbox standards and it's like EA wants to lose a fanbase because of it. The gameplay and everything else is limited to PS2. The players don't look real the game isn't smooth like the other Basketball games running at 60FPS and no online play. I guess they don't care because PS2 gamers just buy games because of the name but EA has been slippin lately. Im really upset with the graphics and framerate of NBA Live 2004 this game should have been delayed for the framerate at least.

    Re: Why

IMO, EA Sports is really turning their sports games around for the better.

They are definitely going in the right direction IMO.

Hockey, baseball, and now basketball. Previously, all of these games had been below average, but EA did some revamping and is pointing them in the right direction again.

I am a lot more pleased with EA Sports and their game quality lately, than I have been in the last 2-3 years.

I completely agree. MVP Baseball, a TOTALLY revamped game from the previous years, did very well in its first year. NCAA and Madden have always been great football games, and have gotten even better. Live, this year, IMO, is much better than previous years. EA needs to keep taking steps like these in the upcoming games, and they will be on top of sports games once again.
