OK OK now I have a real question about editing players ratings.What are the PRIMACY and HARDINESS ratings for sorry about the spelling,but just what are these and how do they effect the players? GO BUCKEYES

OMG!!!!!! this game sucks so much, I was playing a game as the CAVS and they didn't even say Jason Kaponos name all they said is number 52, and he probably wore a headband in 99% of his games, and hes not wearing one in the game, No way is this game any good!!!!!!!

seriously, how stupid did I just sound right there? well I hate to break it to you guys but this is how all of you sound when you complain about stuff like that. There is no way something like that should bother me, a couple of years back players were pixels, now we've got real faces, tatoos, real shoes, this and that and the other thing. Personally I'm gonna try espn but its not trivial things like headbands that made my decision after playing it.

If you enjoy the game play it, if you have something insightful to say, say it, but come on now, if you knew a guy who complained about everything in life, you probably wouldn't want to hang out with him all that often, because well, who wants to hear that all the time......

Well thats how most of us feel when we hear stuff like this, at least me, I have to dig through all this pointless complaining to get to the insightful, meaningful post.

Sorry if that was harsh but, I just had to vent.

Vent all you want, but the headband issue is a microcosm of everything that's wrong with Live 2004. Attention to detail is virtually nonexistent... and the little things - like camera angles, player ratings, FA bug, players stopping on fastbreak - make it obvious that the game was rushed.

People play basketball video games for the NBA *experience* which, sorry to say, includes clean, precise visuals as well as tight gameplay, sounds, commentary, franchise, the whole nine. If none of that stuff mattered, EA wouldn't have put it in any of their games to start with.

The graphics in Live 2004 are suspect (and that's being generous), and stuff like guys who never wear headbands having one permanently stuck to their foreheads doesnt help. Player faces are garbage, and it is impossible at times to tell the difference between one player or another. Of course it's true that gameplay and visuals aren't even in the same ballpark in terms of impact but you're saying visuals and details don't matter and we're saying it does . Die hard fans of basketball and basketball gaming pay very close attention to detail, and EA should have F-in known better.

Is this a showstopper? No. But it's the kind of thing that gets you wondering about other basketball games this year...

I'll quote myself. I love this game and like I said, the headband thing is probably the only thing I hate about it. Why should I waste my time unlocking them if I cant use them, its stupid.

I'll quote myself. I love this game and like I said, the headband thing is probably the only thing I hate about it. Why should I waste my time unlocking them if I cant use them, its stupid.
