    CHANGING TEAM STTINGS?...

is there a way to change the team settings (the ones you see during the scouting report), aside from doing it in th franchise mode...
I am glad I got the Buell- I love riding it, I love the oddball looks I get on the road- I love people asking "What IS that thing?" I love flying into a corner WAY too hot, scared spitless and sure I'll never hold it at this speed- and hearing the bike whisper "Sissy!"...

No you're not able to change them at all... That's the beauty of it, because each team has their own set style of play. Clippers, Suns = RUN n GUN....Detroit, LA = Halfcourt babies

Ok, but my question is this....are the team settings (half-court/fast-break, physical/finesse, etc.) simply pre-set characteristics for a team, or are they based on the ratings of the players on the team. In other words, out of the box Detroit's team settings are half-court and Dallas' team settings are fast-break. If I Detroit's starting five for Dallas' starting five, what happens? Do Nowitzki, Nash, and Finley start playing half-court ball just because Detroit is "set" as a half-court offense team??

                Yep...they will play halfcourt ball.

When you start a franchise, you have to find players that are more tailored to your team's style of play. I'm the Clippers, who are a straight up Run N Gun/One-on-one team, so I picked up players like Juan Dixon (very fast/quick) and Dajuan Wagner and traded Glenn Rice away (because he doesn't fit into my team's style of play).

Work around your team's style of play and you will prosper.
