I've read other boards and people have said that their ratings drop for their players after going through training and I'm wondering if there's a way to make training increase ratings and what I should do

I still haven't figured that out yet..... simming does yield somewhat favorable results, I simmed the training camp and some of my guys got 2 points on 3 pointers..... they did decline in other areas, though, but not more than one point in anything.
Or if you're scared a player will decline without being compensated in other areas, just chalk up 25 for each one, they will stay the same.
But if someone figures out the good formula, then just let us know.......Favorite Teams:
NBA: Houston Rockets
NFL: Tennessee Titans
MLB: Chicago White Sox
NCAA: Florida State Seminoles

Keep the points relatively even and no one will decline. If you dont train at all for one skill, then expect some ratings to go down a point or two.Comment
