Ok, I did a search for this but I couldn't get a satisfactory answer so hopefully someone reading this can help me.

I've created a player that is still in the FA pool. I also unlocked some stuff from the NBA store but I can't figure out how to outfit said player with the jerseys headbands etc. I've looked everywhere but I can't find any options for example in the edit player for selecting the jersey to wear.

I'm supposing the answer is right in front of me and somehow I'm just missing it.

you can't select the jersey for him to wear. he only gets the jersey of the team you assign him to.
