everytime i earn some points after the game, and go save everything, the next time i put the game on, my nba store points go back to 0. how do you save these points?

Load your profile before you start.
Save your profile before you turn off the machine.
the one thing I don't dig about EA's games are the manual save and load features.
It should all be done seamlessly and load everytime unless you want to load default.
Oh well....the gameplay rocks.
