Up = Isolation
Down = Pick and Roll
Left = Zone Buster (#?)
Right= Sideline Triangle (formation)

I play with the Lakers and a lot of teams use the zone. Throwing it into the post and quickly throwing it out usually gives me good looks out of the Zone Buster. Sideline triangle is another good formation that I use against a zone, because it usually overloads one side of a zone.

I play with Orlando so on offense i love to run the Iso with T-mac and on defense i run the 1-3-1 zone defense and its great at stopping teams with a dominant low post player like the Laker Etc.. it gets plenty of turnovers

i have a few plays in 8 sets that i like to run depending on the matchups i love to run the motion plays to get my shooters open for the midrange jumper
