What I hate about Live's AI

<font color="red">The ai makes me have cold and hot streaks. I could be beating the cpu by 16 and it'll comeback and win at the end because I go on a cold streak even though I've made the shot a thousand times. With that said, I hate it. So many games I should of won, I ended up getting beat because my guys would start missing freaking layups. I hate that. It does it on both levels, anyone as fustrated as I am?? </font>

<font color="red">I also hate that I can have my hands all over a guys face, and even be close to blocking it, and he'd hit the 3 at the end. It's like the last 2 min. of the game, Someone like Mike James, becomes Jerry West, and is unstoppable from 3, even with a big man jumping at him. </font>

well just like the nba every team makes a run, and if you watch it on tv you know its the truth, but the other part about a nobody hitting a big shot is true it shouldn't happen as much as it does but hey nothing is perfect.

I understand what you mean but the game rewards you and the cpu with comeback most games. If you're down by 16 points, eventually the cpu will start missing some shots allowing youto come back. Its just up to you mount the comeback. Same for the cpu trailing, they'll try anything to comeback late in a game and you just have to stop them. I believe its a slight comeback AI for the losing team but it makes the games exciting and nail biting sometimes.

I hear what you're saying, but with enough practice you can hold off the run. People complain about the "comeback AI" in Madden as well... to be quite honest, it's all in how you play the game. When the CPU is making that run, you HAVE TO switch up what you're doing. This WILL work. It's whether or not you continue doing the same thing over and over.

If your players start missing layups while the CPU is mounting a comeback, try a mid range jumper. Just whatever you do, try not to get frustrated and doing the same thing over and over. It helps!

And... make sure you have CPU assistance OFF (just in case you have it on)
