does salary cap has any effect on trading players?
Its like you can trade K-mart for elton brand, even though their salary doesnt match..

Within a dynasty, no. Unless, of course, the team picking up Brand has the cap room. Otherwise the trade wouldn't work. Outside of a dynasty, you're fine. Any trade is possible.
