      Re: About That IGN Review....

I have not touched shooting sliders at all, and have played alot of the game 'right out of the box'. If anything, my shooting % are a bit HIGH relative to real NBA stats, around 53-55%. And a good portion of my game is midrange jumpers.

The guy has no idea what he's talking about. probably played one game, missed 2 or 3 semi-open jumpers in a row and jumped to a false conclusion.

The other thing about Live that has been well documented by people around here is that this game has huge momentum runs by both the User's team and the CPU team, so you can't judge the gameplay by one game alone. Every game seems to be a new experience.

I think you should trust everyone here who says 'Just buy it and see for yourself'.

I just played a game and shot 5-18 with Ricky Davis. I shot a lot of midrange jumpers that were good shots. I went into practice and realized that I was waiting too long to release the ball. You can make shots if you should good shots.

That's pretty much what I do. That is why I did not ask a "preference" type question. I asked a cut and dry question..Is there a free agent bug?

What about the CPU, do they hit mid range jumpers?

im getting intrigued by Live myself....i bought ESPN and enjoyed it for a weekend, but after a handful of games or so, things were pretty much seeming repetitive, that is to say, if i perfected certain moves then i would win, if i didnt pull them of, i lost...whoch is in a way how it should be, but i want variety, different styles, paces, plays.....from what im reading, Live has all this...true?...i think ill probably end up buying tomorrow night...but always good to hear some more about it anyway

AND...when was the last time IGN was right about anything more significant than a release date? i thought not
