No Auto Save/ Auto Load???? (Xbox)

I have the Xbox version and everytime I start the game, I have to keep loading and saving settings and rosters. Most EA sports games have it where it auto saves and loads your game when you turn it on or make changes. Am I missing something in the options menu or are there just no auto saves and loads anymore?

I Guess from the long hiatus of replies there are no auto saves and auto loading, lol.

This must be done everytime you change your game settings.
