I decided to give it a try in it's pure form(no slider adjustments) and it's pretty darn good. I mean the CPU 3pt shooting is ticking me off but it's a good game. I am playing tonights matchup Cavaliers(me)-Nuggets and the game is close.
1 thing you HAVE TO DO on Superstar is pass the ball around the horn. Only pass inside when there is a lane. That is why I previously lowered my interceptions and steals slider for the CPU on all star because I was just trying to shoot the pass to the post.
Back to the 3pt shooting. It's not the fact that they are making them that ticks me off with Live. Okay, maybe it does bother me that they make so many but it's also the fact that they shoot so many. If they didn't shoot so many threes they would never be in games.
Let me give a rundown of the Nuggets shooting so far in the 1st quarter:
9/21 Field Goals
5/11 3pt FG
So, of 21 shots in the first quarter 11 were three points, 5 of which were made. 52.3% of their FGs were 3pts.
Why does the CPU shoot so many threes?
Anyway back to the reason for posting this topic, Superstar aint that bad except for the Long range happy shooting by the CPU but they live by the 3 on all the levels so...

The over-the-back blocks are annoying as hell also. I guess these things are annoyances that others have known about before but I am about a week behind everyone else. But just like the 3pt. shooting the blocks happen on the other levels as well.
