    Help: Post play

I need some pointers on the post game in Live. I have read the manual and watched the tutorial but have still not been able to figure out how to do post moves. Do I hold down L trigger and move the R analog to do post moves, or what is the best way to do them? I haven't been able to get this part of my game going at all and it is taking away from my enjoyment of the game. If anyone could just give a step by step for some of the moves that they do in the post, it would be much appreciated.

On another note, I keep getting double teamed the second I pass into the post even when it is a poor post player. Any way to avoid this?

The best way to practice the moves is to go into controller select, move over to the CPU side, go into settings, plabook, defensive matchups, and set the double team to "NO" for all of your players. That way you ensure that the CPU won't double team. As for the moves themselves, when you catch the ball in the post, you'll have your back to your man. From here, you can hold up on the right analog stick, and your man will turn and face. Hold up again, and he will go back to the original position. You can hold right or left, and he will do a head/shoulder fake, and holding down will...actually, I'm not sure what holding down does!

Anyway, there are a ton of moves just from squaring up, to faking left/right, then hit "pump fake", etc. To start backing down your man, hold down L1 and move toward the basket. From here, you can hit trangle and do a drop step, or push left/right on the left analog stick and spin. You can string multiple moves together this way. But the best way to practice them is to make sure you turn off the double teams from the CPU...
