Thanks, the graphics don't look too bad. That LeBron dunking shot looks just like him, I want to see what this game really has in store.

I like that the offense is not attached to the defense in an animation during the post game, and each player can do his or her individual thing. If they truly get the foundation right, then I can see NBA Live evolving into a great game like most of the other EA sports games.

I just want a balanced game of basketball that takes user skill, with good online servers where i can compete.

I like what EA is TRYING to do. The ideas are great and innovative, but as far as execution goes we'll have to see. Implementing an AI system based on statistics from Synergy is really cool and I can see why they're saying this is the future of basketball. I'm just saying if NBA 2K and Live merged together this would be the ultimate basketball simulation. 2K could handle the fluidity of the game and the core gameplay while Live focuses on presentation and detail.

Live haters go on the 2k forums man damn......IDK but it sounds good to me I bet Centers are not going to be able to outrun PG's in Live lol I also agree the Lebron shot looks more like him than in the screenshots we saw maybe those were updated....the MIA back in black uniforms look very nice they have that silky shine like real life.

because NBA Live had players doing the defensive side step all the way down court and it didnt matter that you were running forward full speed because they stayed with you the entire way

The problem lies in part with the basketball community, and this Care Bear/Get-A-Long Gang attitude. All the surveys/wishlist was all for naught. The Ad council gimmick... these guys just take whatever EA gives you and ignores the missteps of the past. NBA Live 13 as we know is unproven, and using things that are just bad from old games, and regurgitating them as new and innovative. Elite bombing was a good thing, because people saw right though it and said:

Its okay to be optimistic, but avoiding what's being reviewed and same issues from past games rearing through, and acting oblivious to it = fanboy.

People were still going to buy Elite...saying it's fresh, it's not 2k blah blah. You know what else is fresh everytime you take one, a dump... but it's fresh and still just sheet.

Your problem here is generalizing people as fans of one or the other

It will take far too long to explain this since you dont already understand what has happened over the past few years

Live vs 2k hype is silly. I assume most people want two great basketball games. It's unfortunate EA looks to have made a negative first impression with a 60% build despite having the time they did.
