    Can you use the Bobcats in dynasty??

    do they have it set up like madden 2002 did for the Texans where you can use them in the 2nd year of a franchise and have an expansion draft and all that??

      As far as I can tell, no. They aren't around and I'm in my second year. However I've read other people say that they do appear so who knows. I wouldn't doubt it if they were lying though.

                  depends on what u are using, if its the consoles, ur outa luck.
                  but if you are on the pc, then you are able to go into the game code using this software, and you can change any data in the game. therefore you are able to create new unis, change the franchise settings capabilities. the people who do these are called patchers. like me.
                  but if you are not on the pc, i guess ur pretty much outa luck.
