    Blocked shots don't count?

I am pretty sure that a shot that is blocked counts as a shot attempt in the NBA. Well while trying to test some tweaks, I start a game Rockets(me) vs. Lakers. The second time down the floor Shaq blocks a shot attempt by Mobley. Two trips later he blocks a shot by Jackson. On the next trip down the floor Yao makes a shot and the stat flash pops up say that Houston is shooting 4 for 4 for the period.
Not sure if this happens all the time, I will have to keep checking it. But this could be one of the reasons that teams seem to be shooting higher percentages from the field.
Can some other people test this to see if the blocked shots are not being counted as attempts?

I just restarted the game and intentionally allowed malone to block a jumper. Griffin was still 0-0 after the block. Later on Yao jumped up for a rebound and got credited with a block shot(silly glitch), when I check to see if Payton was charged with an attempted shot he was also 0-0. I even check the shot chart to see if an "X" appeared where they took the shots from. No "X" where they shot the ball from and "shot chart: n/a" showed at the top of the chart.

yeah. this really inflates the fg%. i am going through from time to time, like between quarters, and adding the blocks as fg attempts and getting the percentage and the numbers are very realistic.

Oh no, this is bad. It is gonna make adjusting sliders for realism a lot more difficult. No...wait...we can account for this by adding on as many missed shot attempts as the opposing team has blocks and then recalculate the percentage...but what a waste of time that is!

Can someone also check if when someone grabs the ball after a blocked shot, it counts as a rebound, as it should?
