primacy and hardiness

could someone please let me know what these mean?

Primacy means the higher it is, the more the player is part of the focal offense of your team. Which means if it is up in the 90's such as Shaq and Kobe, then they will be taking the majority of the shots.

Hardiness is how much the player is resistant to injury. Any player with a high Hardiness rating, is highly resistant to injury.
