im sorry but by now EA should know wat is wrong with thier game........and alot of it has to do with player movement ...its been known for years that players move way to jerky and akward..theres no fluidity in any live since the new gen started ...and the game doesnt know if it wants to be arcade or sim...i dont know but those were my biggest problems with live

I actually respect them for doing this. Obviously they are not up to par with 2K, everyone knows it. So they want to get a basketball game on the market anyway, so the digital download for 1/3 of the cost, instead of pushing out an inferior product shows some sense.

Please don't take this as a defense of EA, which I believe many of u will try to translate this as, but WHERE is this 'They had 3 years..' stuff coming from???? Mathematics takes that back to 09, before Live 10 even came out, to this point...Just cuz you pour syrup on ish....Comment

I decide to buy only NHL 13 this year from EA sport, nothing more.
As long as you buy trash games like Fifa, NBA Live, NFL Madden, the likelihood of the same **** next year increases with the geometric progression.Comment

Wow. I guess by now since there has been nothing on NBA LIVE 13, it would seem like that's the case to release it as a download. I won't buy it judging from those early screenshots and horrible video (if I'm going to spend $$ it will be toward 2K13). But even if there were planning a downloadable version about a month away, why not give customers previews? Also, wonder what happened with the development of LIVE 13? EA has poorly mismanaged this, which is a bit odd, knowing how thoroughly they develop games in the past. My reasoning is it's because of "market share" 2K has over EA at this point. They probably got to mid-June and thought there was no way LIVE 13 could recoup their costs for development. That said, all EA had to do was revamp LIVE 10 and tweak a few things and I think people would have bought it. Likely wouldn't be as good as 2K, but still ... at least you're offering customers an alternative if they get tired of 2K or just want something different.

I highly doubt LIVE 13 will be released. There is absolutely nothing on EA's upcoming game release schedule concerning LIVE. Something went wrong with the development/programming team and EA doesn't want to let this out of the bag. Just guessing, throwing it out there, but I bet the dev team got fired or they quit after the poor showing at E3. Or, someone on the lead dev team suddenly left. Either way, EA flubbed up concerning LIVE. They should just come out and tell us the direction LIVE is at least going. Come on Peter Moore!! Wass up!!Comment
