    PS2 Rosters

    Guys,

I just submitted some PS2 NBA Live Rosters. Hopefully, OS can get them up in the download section in the next day or so. I am really proud of these rosters and have worked very hard on them! I am very detailed oriented with my rosters, so you can expect a lot from this file! Here are some of the things you can expect in my roster update:

-Updated Rosters as of 12/11/03....that includes Anthony Carters recent cut, etc.

-Created Players: added Haslem, Elson, and many others...even Richie Fraham and Matt Carroll!

-Updated Equipment: I have looked at hundreds of gamephotos to do my research! Now you'll see proper equipment for nearly every player...even a lot of the scrubs! Tat's for players that have tats! Equipment updates like Jermaine O'Neals brown elbow pad thing! Shoe changes...wristbands, rubberbands, fingerbands...everything! Sick of the Celtics black shoes at home? Done!!!

-Adjusted Player Ratings: I have edited a lot of player ratings and believe as a result I have an extremely accurate representation of the NBA! No more 44 Ronald Murray or contrarily 63 Darco Milicic! These changes should result in more accurate team ratings!

-Adjusted Lineups: I have also edited players positions, number changes, and have fixed the depth charts and starting lineups for the entire league! Injured players such as Grant Hill, Jay Williams, and Nick Collison have had their ratings reduced to place them on the IR. Retired players, such as Zo, Dickerson, and Brandon have been placed in the Free Agent Pool and have had their ratings zeroed!

Like many of you I got sick of waiting for EA to release their latest roster update. So I decided to just do my own and go all out! I think this is better than anything they would ever put out. Hope you guys enjoy them, I think they definitely add to the game!!! Enjoy!

    Re: PS2 Rosters

That's awesome! Really, I've been disappointed as of late with EA's lack of updates. I remember Sega doing a lot more with 2K3, and with a lot of the player progresses/regresses, there's a lot to be changed. I was going to break down and get the sharkport for March Madness, so this is a big bonus for me.

I really appreciate the hard work you've put into this. With a full course load and a part-time job, I don't have time to do even a fraction of the work you've put in. Thanks a lot!

If OS can't host the updates, I should be able to do it for you provided the file isn't too big.

Your rosters are good but the depth charts are all messed up. You have injuried players starting ie(Webber for kings) Other than that its good i like your equipment changes.

                            Re: PS2 Rosters

I left key players like Ray Allen, Jamal Mashburn, and Chris Webber starting because in all likelyhood they'll be back by the end of December of early January.

                            Glad you like them otherwise.
