    More realism using Superstar mode?

After playing a few games last night on All-Star mode, I decided to give Superstar mode a try. I lowered the game speed a few notches to compensate for the more challenging level. Since it was so late, I only played one quarter, but I came upon some interesting findings. I was playing with the Boston Celtics against the Golden State Warriors, and it seemed as if my players created more space for their shots. The separation between shooter and defender seemed more realistic in superstar mode. For example, Paul Pierce, who was being guarded by Jason Richardson, seemed to be able to get his shot off at will against the atheletic J-Rich. However, when I play on All-Star mode, I find it hard sometimes to separate myself from the defender. For example, if I was Kobe Bryant being guarded by Trenton Hassell (or any other lower-tier 2-guard), the computer always seemed to stuff 2-3 jumpshots back in my face regardless how much separation I got. This was with the CPU shot block set at '0'. I think I'm going to give Superstar another try. I know I'm rambling, but I was just wondering if anybody who plays on superstar regularly experiences better separation with star players.

goiung home to try it out, and i'll let you know in about an hour...

note, i've noticed the same thing on All-Star...
I am glad I got the Buell- I love riding it, I love the oddball looks I get on the road- I love people asking "What IS that thing?" I love flying into a corner WAY too hot, scared spitless and sure I'll never hold it at this speed- and hearing the bike whisper "Sissy!"...

It's real but the thing I want EA to fix next year is to make the User CPU controlled players contest shots. Like trying to block the shot or stick their hands straight up.

Question is do you mind your defenders NEVER contesting a shot.

Only reason I am still stuck in All-Star...

yea you are right about that.. thats really the only downfall, bu its not like the CPU makes EVERY shot

In most cases i switch to the on ball defender my self anyway.
