I think the problem is, guys don't go to the bench. If they have a big performance, you'll have to call a timeout, which the CPU doesn't do. I can try to have a big game with someone, and see if I can sub him out at the end. But you'll never see it unless you manually do it (if even then) because the CPU doesn't call random timeouts.

Also, when subs hit, it cuts away from the game, and shows two guys standing at the scorers table. Unless there is a different cutscene, which I doubt, I think it was all smoke, no fire.

Thanks for the reply. Maybe it's something EA is or was planning for living worlds. I really cant wait to see if they expand on this for all their games. I hope EA was blowing smoke with all the hype behind ignite. From these launch games there isn't much difference for what they've been doing. FIFA is the only game that really stands out for me. Maybe because I'm not a soccer fan though so stuff jumps out more.
