Signature dribbling is a big focus of this game, they added all them Kyrie size ups. Models didn't look bad from what I can tell or what they shown. They even had leg tats of Kyrie. Kyrie is moving smooth. They will not show anyone else besides people that did motion capture? Would have liked to see more actual gameplay. Not a bad start though EA

well i mean even the jerseys from live 13 look like spandex jerseys the edges dont look good on the players.. the skin textures look so much better

I understand people do want to see that 5 on 5 gameplay and so do I.. but that trailer was a work of art... EVEN THE BALL LOOKED GOOD, which no basketball game has had a good looking ball in it yet.

I don't really understand what ppl want. It looked very good to me. I can't wait to play both.

Everyone has an opinion, but 2k looks nothing like EA. my friend. Please grab those 2k9 photos, and do a side by side and we'll see. But its all in fun, I hope I have a better alternative to 2k this year.

I actually thought the jerseys would look better, they're okay, but not great. I also thought they would fit better judging by earlier screenshots, but maybe that kind of stuff can still be touched up a bit before launch.

But on a serious note, the game looks good from what I saw. But I really didn't see anything other than some crossovers. Hopefully they release the rest of the video this week. The lighting is nuts, btw. Best I've ever seen in a basketball video game.

I'll say this, what they've accomplished in a very short time is impressive. This is not a remake of old LIVE games, we're seeing the process of creating something new.

Funny how everyone was freaking out about the characters from the E3 footage. They look super detailed, not too big and not too skinny

That's one thing I've always hated about 2k's models, they look like they are all on steroids

We really do need to define what counts as 'gameplay.' For me, gameplay means seeing something that I would see if I was actually playing the game. Clearly, the previously released screenshot of Damien Lillard doesn't fall into that category. This trailer doesn't fall into that category either.

This is no fault of Live's devs. It's just EA's marketing team doing a disservice to their product. Again. If the marketers would just stop misrepresenting EA products, EA Sports games might not receive as much grief as they do. Maybe this is an accurate representation of replays or some CGI animations, but it surely is not gameplay. The result is that these trailers end up alienating people before the game even hits the shelves. At the end of the day, that's not fair to the devs.

I agree, business can kill honor... And to think they will show gameplay that we want to see is naive. I'm cool with what they put out here, if it was much longer, for how long they've been away. showing a score by way of shot, drive, dunk, focusing on the bounce tek, graphics, crowd, and coaches. Honestly. its 2013-14, 4th gen, enough with crazy control combos, and make it simple with actual things that occur on the real court. it'll never be 100 real. But that sliding, and skinny man models never need to be seen again.
